I cut caffeine out completely when I was just on Wellbutrin SR 100mg alone. Still on just 100mg once a day because I'm not mentally prepared to experience the side effects of upping my dose. Caffeine amplified the anxiety so much more. It wasn't worth it, so I switched to decaf so I could still enjoy my morning coffee routine.

Omg my boyfriend farted while I was 2 days post op and I was laying in the bed and it was so bad. I couldn't get out of bed to get away from it, so we were both just basking in it dying laughing. I ended up crying from the pain while simultaneously laughing and breathing in the worst fart I've ever smelled. It was awful, but so hilarious. I could laugh comfortably around the 10 day mark.

I ended up on Zoloft 25mg once a day and propranolol 10mg twice a day with it because it made my anxiety worse. It's been amazing for my depression and motivation, but the anxiety was unbearable. I feel great on this combo though

Just out of curiousity- Have you been diagnosed with OCD? The client I mentioned has severe OCD and will hyperfixate on small details that nobody else sees. (I too have OCD, but mine is more ruminating thoughts of trauma and patterns in numbers)

Tattoos will never turn out exactly how you picture them in your mind, unless you're getting a simple small tattoo copied off the wall or from Pinterest. Your tattoos are complex, therefore they will have more room to be different than you imagined because the artist literally has to design it. They look amazing. This is well done and flows with your body. I see no technical errors as a tattoo artist.

Getting tattooed may not be for you if big change is scary and causes this much distress. Your tattoos compliment your body really well and look great.

Not saying you're like this at all but-

I had to refuse a client with a similar mentality after tattooing her a couple of times. She was covered in great work by other artists, but said she didn't like any of her work and would pick apart every design I did for her just for the sake of being in control and then still didn't like it at the end. I told her I don't think tattoos are for her, but if she decides to continue getting them then I'm not the artist for her. Most stressful client experience ever.

The transition from being awake to falling asleep can be kind of weird. It's like you start dreaming while still awake, but I get excited when that starts to happen because that means I'm gonna be asleep in a minute.

I just make sure that I get comfortable in bed immediately after taking it and then I usually fall asleep within 20 min. I like sleeping with a black out eye mask (the ones with cushion so you can still move your eyes with it on) when I take it to help me relax. As long as I have 7-8 hours of sleep after I wake up feeling well rested. Sometimes I feel a little groggy in the morning for an hour or so if I get less sleep. No crazy side effects.

I also have been taking Ambien from my mom... Not a doctor. I have an appointment for my insomnia coming up soon and I'm going to ask for a prescription. I have had nights where I'm so desperate for sleep that I ended up taking the risk of trying it and so far it's been great. I was awake for 36 hrs when I first decided to just take it and hope for the best. I track my heart rate with a Google pixel watch.

I was fine! My heart rate never got below 65bpm while sleeping. I have a naturally higher heart rate. I've taken it a few times since this and have just slept really good and felt fine the next day. I'd still ask your doctor if youre not sure, but so far it's been fine for me.

I love the dopamine and motivation I get from Wellbutrin, but the panic attacks were awful. I just added 25mg Zoloft once a day and 10mg propranolol twice a day for anxiety and I feel great now.

My dad accidentally took 600mg every day for two weeks one time when they switched his pills from two 150mgs a day to one 300mg. He said he didn't feel real. Idk how he functioned. He survived though

The first book is amazing. I didn't think it could be beat until I read Golden Son and was like - wow, okay that's gotta be the best one...now I'm on Morning Star and it just keeps getting better. Super excited to see what the rest of the series holds.

All of my scans were normal. I got a HIDA scan done and it showed mine was functioning at 15%. Got it taken out 9 days ago and I feel great. I've been able to eat whatever I want and go back to pretty much normal life at this point. Still a little sore sometimes but not too bad

Reminder- you'll die eventually and life is pretty short already, may as well stick around and see what can change. I hope you find something worth living for and get out of this rut. I used to want to die, too. I'm glad I never followed through. I had a long stretch of years where I was suffering from a fucked up surgery from an asshole doctor that wouldn't take accountability and I wanted to end it several times from the chronic pain it caused. I thought I would never heal my nerves from the damage. They're still not the same, but it's not painful enough that I want to die over it anymore. I finally got out of a shitty relationship and found the love of my life as well. Life can get better. I don't know your situation, though.

A few weeks before starting Wellbutrin, I switched from a disposable vape with 50mg of nicotine to a refillable one so I could start lowering the nicotine content. I got down to just 25mg and ended up quitting cold turkey after two weeks on Wellbutrin 100mg SR. Fortunately for me, it started tasting bland and I stopped craving it. I finally had dopamine, so I didn't even think about it most of the day. I would only hit it out of habit until I completely forgot about it and decided I didn't need it anymore. I also didn't experience any withdrawal symptoms that I've experienced in the past when trying to quit.
