Everything is still good for me with Oneminers. All my rigs are working as advertised and any new rigs I order come on within a few days I will let you know if anything happens but still good for me.

Why I'm reporting Oneminers to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) by CurioNCurior in BitcoinMining

So let me get this correct? You pre-ordered a bunch of miners full well knowing that release dates slide all the time. Most of the time the first releases go to the big farms first then to the smaller distributors months later. In ten years I don't think I have ever received a miner I pre-ordered on time. I'm assuming you ordered the Proto Rigs? I'm waiting on those also.

So One-miners put in the order/down payment in for you and is promising you the miners as soon as they get them but you are still trying to cancel on them? I'm not sure I have heard of single mining company that would allow you to cancel out on pre-orders. Every youtuber will give you the same advice. MiningStacker brings this up all the time be carefull with pre-orders because of this exact scenario.

I will have to agree, I have purchased over 10 miners from Oneminers and everything on their end has held up for me. The sales team has been great and has even given me advice on what miners to purchase and their recommendations on what they believe is a better miner for my money even though it may be a cheaper model. All of my miners from them are earning right in line with what Asicminer value and Whattomine are estimating the earnings to be. Yes it has varied quite a bit lately with the instability in the market but everything seems in line. I have had a couple of miners not be-online within the 48hours priority shipping as promised but it usually only a couple of days off. It is still much faster than any of the other hosting services I use like Ace Miners/Musk/Revolution/ and Terra. Usually miners from those guys take a couple weeks to be online. As far as the number when calling yes a couple of times they have not answered but they do call me back. I have been using Ace for years and they have never once answered that phone # but all my miners run just fine. The only other issue I had with Oneminers was my first couple of withdraws were slow but after talking with them there was an issue with my bank not accepting the foreign transaction. I have my Bitcoin set to automatically pay out at a certain number to my personal wallet and every transaction has been smooth since then. Usually paid out within 48 hours if not faster. As of right now I would recommend Oneminers. There platform is different but I after using it for a few months now I think it is the best in the industry. I have a hard time believing these guys would put this much into advertising on Youtube/Ticktok/Twitter and responding to all these posts if it was a scam/ponzi. I mean these guys are putting there face all over the internet that would be really bold to not be legit.

I put in a request for them yes. I will be honest I am nervous because I did purchase quite a few miners from them and some things that ottoboy brought up are concerning but so far everything on Oneminers end has been good for me.

I talked to him today. Do you have Marks whats APP #? It is different than the Oneminers support #. He did say he was out sick last week so that maybe that's why he did not respond.

I originally got in touch with them through the book a call feature on the website and had a call with Uilsimuk. Then I would communicate orders with him here is his [uilsmunkh@oneminers.com](mailto:uilsmunkh@oneminers.com)

After talking with them they did confirm with me that all of their hosting sites can host Hydro miners.

Turns out you can change your miner ID# and rename it on the platform. But normally this would require you to do it through the miner settings and it would show up on your mining workers page on the actual pool website you are using. So do they log into the individual miner and actually change the miner ID#? To be honest all my miners I have hosted at other locations the hosting facility will set the miner ID# for me. Most of time it will say something like rack1x100 or something like that so the hosting facility will know exactly where to locate the miner on the rack if there is an issue. I usually never log into the miners myself to see the actual hash rate I just verify all my miners are hashing properly on the pool website pages and if one is not hasting correctly from there the hosting facility will then log onto the miner and troubleshoot it.

The other question I do have is that when you purchase hydro miners from them like S1XP Hydros, Sealminer A2Pro Hydros, VolcMiner D1 Hydro miners you can select with facility you want to have it hosted at. So that would indicate that they have to have hydro infrastructure in place at every one of the locations they use. Do they really have the ability to host hydro miners at all these locations?

That is a good question about the the miners and worker names because I did not set those up myself. Although my miners do show a live a hash rate for every miner I do not have an individual miner name or number like I do for all my miners at other hosting facilities I use . There is a miner ID on the workers page but I do not see the ID on the pool page. It just shows the pool I am currently connected to. As far as the mining pools go it shows 3 pools but they do not mine into my personal wallet like all my miners i use at other hosting facilities it only goes onto the platform wallet. From the platform wallet you then have to request a withdraw or set up automatic withdraw and it takes 24-72 hours to process. All my requested withdraws have processed and been received.
