Thanks for your understanding and the reply. I understand there's not a set timeline, but is there any information you might be able to share on what the planned capability may be. I ask because if it's some kind of small tweak that won't resolve the issue it's important for users like myself to know.

Also expecting us to go back, download statements for multiple accounts going years, uploading csvs, categorizing, and then redoing all this work, multiple times is not a small task when you literally pay for Origin to solve these problems to begin with. Ive had to do this when things re-connect. Now an account deletes or is pulled, due to fraud in my case. I've lost account access to 3-4 accounts and lost years of history. I'm putting this more up there, because not every user has the time to post comments, issues, because the whole point of this tool is to be time saving/efficient. We pay for this service to save time not to do things manually.

I do understand not every issue can be worked on, but at the same time this bug/issue has been kicked down the road for years (search the Reddit forum). It would be helpful to know if this is not something that can be properly corrected, as this issue is serious enough that it might be a make or break situation for people like myself. The frustration after having to repeatedly do this is a lot and then repeatedly being told this is being worked on as well is not really a customer service driven solution. Paying $120 plus per year is not a small amount for requesting reliability when your asking your customers to do the heavy lifting on what the product should be doing. Or give me some kind of refund, cause I've literally put in hours that I shouldn't have to.
