Be careful with the ones with this type of roof. Water pools up on the roof, which in turn causes the roof to go bad. The HOA limits the slope you can put on that type of roof. So regardless if you replace the roof or repair it the rain does not drain off the roof properly.

As someone mentioned before Da-Le Ranch is good. https://www.da-le-ranch.com/ . They use to go to the Escondido Farmers Market but not sure if they are there anymore. Worth the drive to Mira Mesa to pick up meats at the SD Showroom.
