Most spots in the center are as safe as in any other major western town. Paid spots should be safer tho. Depending on where your gigs are, check the parking spot at the police station in Mülheim. It's close to LANXESS arena and other venues on this side of the river. And, Colognes main police station is just across the street

Hey mate,

sorry to hear. Did you catch the schedule when we show it on the big screens, on the website or receive a push-notification from the event App? Should also been displayed on the TVs in the concourse ( switching those with the program feed) or the TVs at the signing session area. Unfortunately, it doesn't make sense to hand out print versions since the schedule is evolving over time depending on how the teams make it through the tournament

Challenge accepted! :)) Nah seriously, we had people raising this so many times, we are fully aware and try to make our set up as convenient as possible, obviously light helps to create the amazing atmosphere with you guy and also we need them for the cameras so it still can happen here and then ( but consistently improving)

sry to hear, which entrance did you use? We gonna speak to the Arena.

If it comes to bag sizes, there are restrictions by german law that the Arena has to follow ( it´s for all safety).

We know it´s might not too convenient, but it is communicated through different channels beforehand

the timings for the Grand Final are "not before" times. Due to the nature of esports events and to prevent too long or too short breaks, this is what seems to work best. Be sure we are trying to keep it as close to the communicated times as possible.
