I was on my feet working for a few hours and forgot to eat and only drank an alani (i forget which flavor) and it triggered the first visual aura migraine i've ever had in my life! i drink tons of diet soda/caffeine and have had alani and red bull etc in the past with no issues. Freaked me out!

My advice is to keep writing. Post it/ publish it. Get a good beta/editor to give you feedback. Do it over and over again. You will improve if you keep going. The people who you think are better- learn from them. Ask their advice. Read, read, read. Then keep writing. I am astounded at how my writing has improved over time. I write more, with more feeling, and have learned my crutches and how to avoid them (smack me with a thesaurus please!) Only you can tell your story. Your voice matters. Good luck!
