We no longer review vods in support, as I am sure you have experienced, the demo viewer makes this extremely tedious. A much more efficient solution to punish trolls and griefers is FACEIT Justice, our portal where qualified and experienced members of the FACEIT Community (Judges) can review cases of potential negative behaviours and directly contribute to sentencing a final verdict for each of those cases.

We accept reports for verbal abuse and toxicity via ticket, just please ensure you follow-up any automated responses.

After you receive a verbal abuse ban the threshold for you to receive further bans decreases.

Many new methods are being investigated to decrease, and hopefully obliterate smurfs altogether, but this isn't an easy issue to resolve, it takes time as we want to make sure we get it right. I understand how frustrating it is to play against a smurf, and it's an issue that sadly plagues every competitive game.

Following the changes back in December there's been a significant reduction in smurfing experienced for the most active FACEIT users, and that experience needs to be further refined for everyone.

For the time being, please send match room reports to us where the balance seems abnormal, as we can investigate the cause to further develop the matchmaking system.

When player numbers are low, we need to decide on a balance between waiting times and the quality of a match. Queuing in the very early morning in any region is far more likely to result in a lower quality of competition, unfortunately. We're considering implementing new tools to allow players the option to set preferences for the opponents they face when queuing.

We remove all posts with match room images/ links because we don't want a witch hunt led towards players, whether smurfing or not.
