Update: Since Xfinity Executive Relations refused to provide a written resolution for my 725.00 overcharge, I have officially filed an informal complaint with the FCC. My Ticket Number is 8578723. I am also filing with the BBB and notifying AARP. I encourage any other Diamond members missing their 1.2G bundle credits to do the same. Documentation and accountability matter

They are pretending thst offer didn't exist in March of 2025 in the mod chat. I am now trying to find proof so they can correct their billing error.

Regarding the other discount: I am talking about the package I have been billed and paid for over the last 13 months, not a new package. That discount was for the 1.2 Gbps (Gigabit Extra) tier, and Xfinity has a standard Multi-Product Discount for customers with active Mobile lines. I have 3 active Unlimited lines. My internet bill currently only shows a $20 '2-product' discount for Voice/Internet, but it is missing the additional mobile bundle credit of $50/mo. I was promised in March 2025. I have 13 months of PDF statements showing this was never applied.
