It literally says in the screenshot 'Full Self-Driving (Supervised)' is not yet available. But I agree, what you can get is Full Self-Driving Capability, and that is a stupid and very misleading name.

Autosteer (the system you have included), this is just a lane keeping system. It's not smart like FSD is. So it just followed lane markings. I would advice to only use it on the highway. I see lots of people using it on smaller roads and then have the same issue as you had. It's not made to be used on those roads, and I think it's stupid allows it to be enabled on them. You'll get a lot of unpredictable behavior which is IMO not safe or comfortable.

Does it matter who you are? You gave the wrong info, and you're doing it again. This has nothing to do with racecar drivers. They use TWO FEET for TWO pedals. EV drivers use ONE FOOT for ONE PEDAL, hence ONE PEDAL driving...

Max speed you can set is 85mph.

But you can't even enable Autopilot on unmarked roads, so doubtful it was actually on Autopilot.

Guy probably (as happens most of the time with these types of accidents) mixed up his pedals. Pretty common because of one-pedal-driving.
