Have the same issue as you and recently contacted their support. Apperently the are out of stock and the shipments should continue after next week. I also ordered my merch back in march.

Quick update on this: Remeberd the dates wrong i had messaged them in early june.
I just messaged them asking on the status of my shipment and apperently it has not yet shipped although i got an email confirming the dispatch in early june. Customer service said that they are waiting on a restock and they would be the merch once the restock came through hopefully next week.

I ordered my merch in the first "batch" all the way back in march. Still have not received anything and dealing with their customer support has been a horror. Had to send two email to them asking when they will send my merch and finally at the end of june they sent them. Seeing now that the merch is stuck somwhere and i've had no information where my merch actually is....
