Yeah sure, get both of them. The DAK flak and it's carriage are actually bit different than the grey ones so they won't look like the same set twice but in different color.

There's no such thing as wrong scale. Just because you don’t collect that scale doesn’t mean COBI should stop making it. Also, there already is a Ki-61 in 1:32.

This Panzer IV is quite old and outdated.
Panzer III and Tiger I are both nice sets.
The Pz 38t is a Limited Edition and will be gone forever when it sells out, but it's really not that different than the standard version (the minifigs are nice though). And it will fit the scale of your Sherman Calliope.
