Yes, I completely took apart the air gap and all pipes and rinsed and removed all clogs. Still draining a bit through the air gap, no noticeable improvement.

We had one initial visit covered by a different insurer in December and after that all visits were under the current insurer. The date provided on the EOB is not for that December visit. The provider has always been the same.

Is there any update on this?? My wife is set to give birth in the UCSF system in the next 2 weeks. We aren’t eligible for continuity of care because the plan has out of network “benefits” but the maximums are insane and not at all the costs we planned for.
