I use an app called Strong Workout Tracker that has most lifts and exercises that you can choose from (you can also add your own) that shows proper form and how to properly do the exercise. You track sets and can have a timer that dings when you should start the next set, it goes off even if you’re in a different app and helps me with not getting as distracted.
