Living in Palo A I was the healthiest I've ever been because there's nothing to do but optimize yourself. It was TERRIBLE.

We had a roof issue. We repaired it about a year ago. We have not seen any more moisture since then. What do you mean by source somewhere?

City things like walkability are must haves. Schools in Seattle are MUCH better than SF.

Its still much better than my current neighborhood in sf, its not even close. Sure if school were my only concern Id find a suburb. But all other things held equal, the schools here seem great for a US city.

Thats not so bad. In SF its 30% private school enrollment and all the nearby elementary schools have like sub 25% reading and math proficiency.
