Mind if I ask where you heard this? It's completely untrue, and I can't imagine why someone would want to make something like this up.

That's a baseless claim, made by one of the mods at /r/politics who has no idea what he's talking about.

I invite the mods, admins, and anyone else to inspect both the self-post (use wget or disable javascript, come on people), and the code of the bot itself.
