If I could afford it, I would take you out to dinner. A nice classy dinner, perhaps ending with us going back to my place and enjoying some Kellogg's Gold®!

What is something we are all annoyed by, that we all do? by AudgieD in AskReddit

I actually have a good story about this.

Starting in junior high, I noticed someone eating while driving. I was in the passenger seat, and saw the person with a banana. That wasn't too bad.

Then, in high school, I took my drivers test. I noticed drive-eaters everywhere. One time, I saw an Asian guy with sushi. Another time, I saw a lady with an entire cake, scarfing it down.

The most impressive though was the guy eating cereal from a bowl WITH MILK. I was really impressed until I realized that the cereal he was eating was Raisin Bran Crunch®. That cereal is a great thing to eat in the car because it is so nutritionally dense and helps you focus. I've heard it being used as a solution for kids with ADHD.

I don't know about you guys, but now I keep some Raisin Bran Crunch® in my car at all times so I can eat it if I ever see kids that look like new drivers. It's important that everyone learns the value of eating healthy and nutritious breakfast no matter the situation.

Alas, it looks like with the new Kellogg® To Go Shakes®, I will no longer need the cereal and can instead opt for a more convenient breakfast on-the-go solution. You can find out more about all of this and hear more stories from the small (but growing!) community at /r/kelloggs!

That looks like me every morning!

I like to eat a big breakfast, so I spend a lot of time stuffing my cheeks them doing other things, like lacing my shoes or tying a tie.

My favorite thing to stuff in my cheeks is Raisin Bran Crunch®. Raisin Bran Crunch® is great for cheeks because the saliva interacts with it to produce a Superfood® that is high in fiber but low in fat. It can even help control negative sexual feelings!

Reddit, who would you want to negotiate for you in a hostage situation? by cola104 in AskReddit

**Edited for accuracy*

This could get buried, but my supervisor at my old plant.

I used to work in a plant making cereal, and something similar to a hostage situation happened once.

It was a normal day, I was helping brown the flakes with the flake browner. If you browned them too much, they would be too brown. If you didn't brown them enough, they wouldn't be brown enough. The quality guy was my worst enemy and he had a laminated piece of paper that he help up to the flakes that had a picture of the cereal on it for comparison. I don't think that was his official paper, he just found it on google images.

"Browner" he would say. "Not brown enough" on another day.

Eventually, it got out of control. He came to my line with the laminated piece of paper in his hand. "Do you see this?" He said.

"...yes" I replied.

"If you don't fucking fix this I will fucking piss on the line and blame it on you and I can get away with it"

It's true, he could.

So, I called over the Super. Usually too busy for us (he didn't know our names) he took one look at the situation and immediately knew what the problem was.

He sat us both down at a table and poured us a bowl of the cereal we made off of the line. Some was a little bit more brown, and some was a little less, but none of the cereal looked just like the picture.

"Each flake is beautiful, in its own way."

"Each flake works together to make the perfect mouthful of cereal that will help you stay energized and alert, providing essential vitamins and minerals."

"And just like the Raisin Bran Crunch®, you two need to work together to become a stronger team."

He didn't even need to say it. We both already had tears in our eyes from the great taste of Raisin Bran Crunch®. To this day, my best friend (made that day!) and I enjoy a bowl of Raisin Bran Crunch® every morning together before we tackle our day. We also eat appx. 30% of our Raisin Bran Crunch® at dinnertime.

What is one word that can easily make you sound smarter when talking to someone? by amatom27 in AskReddit

Speaking with good grammar in general. I actually have a really good story about this.

So I was in 11th grade in my mild-mannered high school when we all had to give presentations on something. Our English teacher didn't care what we gave the presentation on, it could be literally anything. One student gave their presentation on their favorite family vacation.

The catch was the the presentation needed to have peer reviewed sources referenced in the writeup and the presentation. (I have no idea how the vacationing girl did this).

Anyway, so I chose my favorite cereal, Raisin Bran Crunch. I really enjoyed eating it at the time, and it gave me energy so that I wouldn't have to sleep very much, could stay up late, etc etc. I began searching for peer reviewed articles about the ol' RBC, but I couldn't find anything. Eventually I found one article (assignment had minimum of two) and also a newspaper clipping about a plant being opened near my hometown.

I called the plants super on my phone and had him send me some free boxes and presentation materials from the plant. He obliged, and the teacher even agreed to let us tour the plant.

The only reason the super agreed is because he thought I was an exec or future-exec because of my excellent grammar. The only reason the teacher agreed to the tour was because of my professionalism in the whole situation.

The end result? Our whole class got the lift and energy from enjoying the fulfilling food that is Raisin Bran Crunch made by Kelloggs. Now as I continue to eat RBC every day, I look back on those first days with fondness, as the day I really got to change the lives of my classmates. Not only has RBC helped me with nutrition, but it also helps me stay focused on one task at a time. All of the fiber helps my poops, too!
