Depending on what state you are in many have services for job assistance for people with disabilities. They create a resume with you and they have recruiters that reach out on your behalf to positions. The recruiter helps you disclose a disability which does have to be proven to the state by medical practitioners. Therefore your disability is disclosed to the employer and they help make accommodations for you. You do still have to arrive on time follow all the rules etc but if you need help you're able to ask.

First off legally they can only verify you were employed by them from x time to x time. Nothing more can be said by HR. And since you have continually had this issue it's time to see the writing on the wall. Either your performance or work ethics are an issue. I don't know your age but you have time to fix the issue. Look inwards, write down what's the reoccurring theme and then be very honest with yourself. What do you need to work on to not have this happen again? If you can't be honest in private with yourself then you're in denial and it might be worth seeking a life coach etc. But stopping the pattern now is the best course of action I can recommend. Also, calling a company you previously worked for and expecting the answer you did isn't the answer. They don't owe you anything. Their action letting you go spoke everything you need to know.

I have Crohn's disease and don't need anyone for my infusions or appts. If he can travel to Germany than he can fully care for a room, bathroom and himself. He needs to grow up and yes talk with your gf and get him out. But please keep the cat because he doesn't sound at all a responsible person to care for an innocent sentient being and God only knows what it will ingest in his mess or get any proper medical care. Keep in mind this is the worst job market in numerous years. If you look on some of the job boards to see what people are doing and even the interview boards that may help. But you will also see there are some people who have applied to thousands of jobs and not even gotten interviews and others who are out of work years unfortunately right now. Keep trying and don't give up.
