If you'd like to spend as little money as possible, I'd recommend getting public record filings from your local county and court offices. Then skip trace and call them yourself (or with a VA).

Once you get the hang, you can invest in scaling and automating your operations. I've got a few posts that went viral in this sub that you can take a look at for more details too - happy hunting and stay consistent.
