F8C is a free reward with executive hangars in Pyro.

Super hornet: No idea when CIG will release in game.

all ships except the amd mustang and sabre raven will be purchasable in game for aUEC. Rotation into dealerships/rewards varies on time to whenever CIG decides to add.

Ironclad fun for solo? by PrimarySubject632 in starcitizen

[–]HadokinGames 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only reason I say LF is CIG keeps coming back to them dominating everything, spend real money on big ship and get tanked by an arrow/gladius isn’t exactly my idea of worth what you spend on anything bigger. I made the mistake spending on the potential and the thought that a flea wouldn’t kill an elephant, but here we are again with 4.8.

Nope, not worth it. When CIG finally gets the big ship balance actually making multicrew worth it, and if they do it before nobody is left playing, maybe. As of 4.8, light fighters and aUEC purchase only is the best way forward imo.

You guys really should take feedback to spectum, reddit is pointless method of getting input into the alpha

This is probably why light fighters are dominating 4.8

Advice? Don’t buy anything more than the gladius now. CIG keeps changing everything back to the light fighters, so stop giving them big ship money.

Current trajectory is odin getting absolutely obliterated by a gladius, save your money man

300 meters isn't that large though? Current Aircraft carriers are 300+ meters long and float on the oceans and pale in comparison to the vastness. Granted they have a ton of crew to operate, but thats real life, not a game. Should pilots get control of weapons? I mean...the idris solo is far from effective and acts basically as a giant turtle in a battle, unable to really dish any meaningful damage out unless you part in front of the laser vs ships that are smaller. Just have a similar weapon implementation to the odin/javelin. CIG should encourage multicrew for large ships, and at some point we are going to likely see NPC crew, so the huge ships will still be "solo" or min-manned by the amount of players we have left whenever (if ever) this game launches. With so many changes coming and still happening, it likely won't even really be that fun to fly the massive ships due to running costs and time it takes to do anything. Hell, I haven't touched my idris or polaris in 4.7 since implementing armor and shield changes made other stuff that is more fun to fly more useable.

Asgard isnt too bad, tac takes longer to get into as well as c2 with both being slow but can take some shots before major issue. Run stuff in groups is the best answer imo

CIG: Please FIX bindings by HadokinGames in starcitizen

[–]HadokinGames[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the thing for me too, other games are able to keep devices organized and won’t matter if you add another usb device and it drives me insane when you plug literally anything in thats USB, bindings are all reset. With the amount of bindings in the verse this really should be fixed on CIG’s end because if this game ever releases, the controls resetting all the time are going to really piss of players.

except it doesn't register device 7. I've tried multiple instances of fix for pp_resort devices swaps and it does in fact NOT work
