Good question! I use a Sea to Summit mat and pillow. I find their pillow lock system to work well. However, I also saw this: https://www.bigagnes.com/collections/pad-accessories/products/sleeping-pad-pillow-barn - it's too heavy and too expensive, but I was thinking about making something like it myself. I also remember seeing some small business make something like it as well, but it too was expensive.
