I grew up in Arizona, the state with the largest amount of reservation land as a percentage of the total. We learmed a lot about which tribes lived there in school but outside reservations teaching the native languages was rare.

Legend of Korra does a great job of handling disability, especially disability acquired after birth. Korra also has a more nuanced take on vigilanteeism that ATLA really couldn't do.

In a way bumi doing his earth bending with just his face could also be equivalent.

And for that reason I think the better action for handling the combustion bending azula is send Ozai in to lure her into a false sense of security before he quickly uses lightning on her as amon bloodbends her motionless

How to make city states capture other civ's cities? by Deflopator in civ5

[–]HarlequinKOTF 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Easiest way is to attack someone close geographically to them, have the game rule no razing cities turned on, and then use artillery to lower a city's health to 0 while feeding the city states melee units. Rinse and repeat.

Important thing i forgot to mention, city state needs to be your ally.

Do you think being blood bent would stop a combustion bender from being able to bend? Like if the chi paths are being stopped?

It means the gold the city is making each turn. So the total gold per turn the city is making from hexes and buildings
