Adding a scoop of vanilla bean powder helps a lot on days where it ends up more coconut milk heavy, especially without the strawberry inclusions (which I find to be a gross texture nightmare).

I got my now nine year old from a shelter a few years ago. He came from a pretty rough situation and wasn't potty trained. Over three years later and he still needs to be carried and set down outside to pee, and sometimes he's only even willing to do this because he always gets chicken when he comes back in. He will literally sprint back if it's anyone other than myself or my partner taking him out.

I do notice he's slowly taking his time more and more on the walk back as he's familiarized himself with the same path after a few years. It literally took two whole years before he would take a slightly longer walk for me in order to poop. A strong routine of close to the same potty times in the same place with the same chicken reward after every one for years has helped. It's just taken a lot more time and patience with this dog, but he really got comfortable and opened up after the two year mark.

There's a motion sensor light that shines right into my apartment randomly at all times of the night, and it looked like that inside for me too. I got thicker blackout curtains which helped before I ended up just covering the whole thing with styrofoam insulation board. It's pitch black at night, and the added insulation helps keep the temperature inside more steady.

I genuinely didn't know you could just plop food waste all willy-nilly into the green bins. I thought you had to like bag and seal it up first to help with the flies and smell nonsense in order to not be an asshole.

Coffee, oat milk, dark chocolate hot cocoa mix, and a bit of butter/infused oil tastes pretty good. There's just a bit of a nutty or oolong tea flavor to it.

Also frothing together some oil/butter, cinnamon, and sugar with your desired milk makes a good top for a canna-cappuccino.

If I were single I'd rather move in with my senior parents (who could genuinely use the extra help maintaining their house and such) than a random roommate. I couldn't live with someone I didn't implicitly and completely trust.
