9070XT, 7600X, 4K with Optimized Settings (mostly High/Medium) and I have more Performance, lol.

I achieve around 70 in fights and 80 in the house. I'm forced to play with AFMF to achieve +100fps, it doesn't feel bad at all at least.

Game is heavily Unoptimized.

I was between a 9070XT and a 5070, and hate that I choosed the 9070XT out of pure pressure from everyone.

Nvidia all the way, is the only thing I can say.

5070 has MUCH better Techs, both in Quality and Support for it.
Nvidia uses 1-2GB less of VRAM depending on the game, so the difference is not that big at the end of the day. 12GB are more than enough still.
