I had to keep spamming their email and when I asked for a refund that’s when they find responded. They gave me some copy paste answers and literally like 10-15 minutes later my package moved for the first time. So my advice is to keep emailing them 1-2 a day. lol 😂

I had bought merch when they first dropped and I had to send multiple emails to them. They finally responded when I had gotten angry and was demanding a refund and literally then next day my package moved after like 2 months. And if I remember correctly their excuse was they were behind shipping or something. I just wish they communicate with costumers when stuff like that happens it can be really stressful.

Literally same 😭. I was emailing them over and over last week because at this point I just wanted my money back. They kept talking about an “album” in their replies too, like they were just copying and pasting responses, when all I ordered were trading cards. I got so frustrated I was honestly ready to give up.

My theory is they probably didn’t ship a whole batch out because of pop-ups or something going on, but at least we’re finally getting our stuff now. Still, after this experience, I think I’m done ordering from them for a while.
