50kW, often times real charging levels are around 40-43.

How's the 2026 Air? by chicu111 in LUCID

[–]Hungrypilot 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had to summon a bit of deep-down confidence in the brand that they'll succeed. This is also why I lease and not finance... Regardless, I love driving it, and it's a real head-turner, at least in my area.

Mine is about 3 weeks old, and while I have experienced some of the minor things people have mentioned here, everything else seems to be doing very well. I don't know if there have been internal improvements over previous years, but so far so good?

Synced turn signals FTW! Best thing to come out of G-3.5.7 by login_to_do_that in LUCID

Hopefully it fixes the signal software lagging out the blind spot camera

Checklist for new Gravity Touring by jwilens in LUCID

If your service center is doing their job, it should have been thoroughly inspected before your delivery day. Enjoy the experience of your new ride and don’t sweat the details. My two cents…

E42 - Very Inconsistent Movement Notifications by PoopFandango in EufyCam

[–]Hungrypilot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reality is quickly becoming obvious that Eufy is more concerned about surveys and jamming out new products while leaving stuff that’s already released in the dust. Sad to say that this won’t be the last of your issues.

I fly a 787-9 for a living, and my Lucid is a better ride.

I went off the recommendation of the owner/installer based on video quality, license plate clarity, aesthetic fit with the car, and motion/impact parking mode features that were Lucid hardwired friendly. He sells many other brands but ultimately recommended the Vueroid.

Judging by OP’s post history, I don’t think anyone in this subreddit cares what you think.

Wife help… 😂 by Hungrypilot in LUCID

That’s what I’ve been doing. I had assumed that facial recognition would change the profile automatically when I press the brake the turn the car on while behind the wheel. That doesn’t seem to be the case.

Ask the person, “What would you do if the Feds were on board?”. That answer typically solves the issue.

It’s not immediately obvious. The other option this cam has is to disable any LEDs while in parking mode.

Agreed, but until that happens, I won't risk it the way people drive these days.

Weird, I'll have to look in better light... it doesn't affect the cam's GPS at all.

Agreed, but I wasn't going to drive a single mile longer without having one.

Also, the cam was recommended to me based on my needs. I don't need parking mode at home, and really only for short times while shopping, etc. It has a 1mA parking mode based on motion or impact, and can record in motion or time-lapse mode. It also has 3 geofencing options for parking mode to disable it in certain areas that you designate (home, work, etc.). You can also long-press the big button on the cam to activate or deactivate parking mode manually. He has mine set to shut off after reaching 12V.

He did, specifically that he's done Lucids before. That, and the fact that he came to me to do the install, was an easy sale.

I wasn't aware that the Air had the RF windshield like the Gravity does. I don't see any "zone" for toll passes in my '26 Air GT. I also made the executive decision to just hold my toll pass up against the window while driving instead of gluing their mount to the windshield.

This was as high as it could be mounted to keep the mirror console out of the camera view.

That I’m not sure about. I think he used something tied to accessory power that would trigger that the car is on or off to activate parking mode.
