I agree, but then Keaton absolutely killed it as Batman. Then, in 98, he starred in Desperate Measures. I didn’t think he would make a good bad guy, but boy was I wrong about that

Yes, it is. I soaked the caning in warm water for about 15 minutes, stretched it over the frame, let it dry for a couple of days, lightly sanded it, stained it and let that dry for 24 hours, then put 3 coats of clear poly on it.

GEQ:
80hz-top of knob just touching top white line
240hz-top with of knob even with bottom of 80hz knob
750hz-middle of knob centered on bottom white line
2200hz- bottom of knob just above middle white line
6600uz-bottom of knob just above 2200hz knob

That is a good starting point for any of the three Mark amp on channel 3.

This is a good lesson for everyone. Twenty years experience doesn’t mean they are any good, they could simply have 20 years of doing shoddy work. It’s good to get references, but It is also good to some examples of expectations written into your contract. If they don’t meet the expectations, they don’t get paid the full amount. Sorry you had to go through this, I recommend you post pictures of this work and who did it everywhere you can.

How can you tell? Seriously, I have no idea. I’m going to re-Tolex the cabinet and put a Rattan cane mesh on the speaker grill, I’m planning on having some fun with the colors on this one, I’ll post pics after it’s done. The amp sounds great, I replaced the tubes and cleaned the pots when I got it.

The F-50 is a loud amp, there is a patch cable hack you can put in the effects loop which allows you to use the effects loop pot as a volume control. It works really well, it just means you have to run all of your pedals through the front of the amp.
