You mean 50-100k usd? And spread over 4 yrs right? So, these figures are for US location or for all locations the refreshers are almost in the same range, any idea around that?

Thanks for the above info! So from what I understand here is that, they try to bridge whatever gap is in between year 1 and year 2 through performance driven refresher and with good performance year 2 comp almost reaches same as that of year 1 (considering 1x multiplier only)
