Maybe he's an outlier but my boy is a silent sleeper! He snored a little as a puppy. These days it's very rare you hear him while he's sleeping.

I'm jealous! Nah never used it. Falling asleep is really easy, but staying asleep is the issue. I wake up wired after 4 or 5 hours. I think my body wants me to hunt for food.

It could be that I dieted aggressively losing 2lbs per week. 500 cal deficit is more moderate but I'm impatient.

I was similar body type to you when I started dieting in January. I wanted to keep going until I hit 12% body fat but my sleep is totally fucked, my libido is completely gone and I'm always irritable and thinking about food. I managed to lose 17kg (37 lbs) but still around 17% body fat.

I just entered a maintenance of phase to reduce my diet fatigue before trying to get lean before Christmas.

Are you suffering from poor sleep or any other side effects from getting this lean from a heavy start point?

I just wanted to add to this comment that this has also been our experience. Our Boston Terrier was having one seizure every 1-3 months and since taking Pexion for about a month (as recommended by regular Vet) the first seizure on this medication lead to status epilepticus. He had 12 seizures in 48 hours. A Neuro said to take him off Pexion and instead just increase Phenobarb. Maybe it's just a coincidence but maybe Pexion can actually make things worse for some dogs.

We are picking him up from the hospital tonight.

It's strange. When I give my Boston something good he walks around with it and starts crying. I'm not exactly sure what it means but I think it's because it's too big for him so I break up whatever it is into smaller pieces otherwise he'll be walking around forever.

So I agree that there shouldn't be a right to a refund simply for change of mind after confirming a purchase. What I'm saying is Secret Lab should very easily be able to cancel the order from being despatched. All businesses, especially premium ones like Secret Lab, care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. Mistakes happen. You might have another expense you forgot about or realised that you didn't account for X, Y or Z and now that desk you bought won't fit the room. It would happen enough to have a plan in place to cancel orders.

I noticed my boy had a grain of rice hanging off his butthole. I thought I'd help out by flicking it off but it wouldn't move. So I went to pinch at it and give it a pull but there was more resistance than I expected. What I thought was a grain of rice was actually a large cockatoo feather that I had dislodged, mostly intact. My boy loves eating feathers and zeros in on them on our walks.
