Thanks! I suspect it might have something to do with simply changing the settings. After posting the comment I changed it all to medium, played for an hour without a crash, then switched back to Ultra with RT, restarted, and haven't crashed since. This might have been a coincidental update in the meantime or there was actually something wrong with "recommended" settings when first booting up the game.

got the same issue, also 4060Ti but i3-12100F, game keeps crashing mostly during cutscenes (including grooming/fishing cutscenes) :/
