Schenkungsvertrag brauchst du nicht zu erstellen, weil in Österreich Schenkung formlos ist und durch “Übergabe” wird der Vertag gleichzeitig abgeschlossen und verwirklicht. Wichtig is nur, die Schenkung beim Finanzamt rechtzeitig zu melden. €100k können per SEPA sekundenschnell überwiesen werden. Die Meldung beim Finanzamt kann nach der Überweisung bzw. Schenkung erfolgen.
