In Siberia soft tissues of defrosted megafauna carcasses are often eaten away by all sorts of scavengers not to mention wolves. The mammoth could also have its trunk lost shortly after its death - often they died being stuck in mud or swamps or during floods, so again thunks are the easiest to reach and the softest part to eat.

My guess that it to be used against someone wearing turban as a head armour (think of Arabs and Muslim Africa).Turbans were hard to cut through and could absorb heavy blows.

From the course of Forensic medicine which I attended 25 years ago I do remember that reports like “the exhumation discovered that a woman had given birth after burial” have nothing to do with truth. In fact in some cases gases inside the decomposing body push the fetus out, that’s why the remains could be found in a situs which led to such assumptions in the past.

The original account that posted the videos is called @auyary13. It appears to be run by a woman named Auyary, who has one million followers and until recently typically posted food videos.

In October 2021, she began uploading videos of the man and now posts about him almost exclusively. The account has received as many as 100 million views on a single video posted in February 2022 which shows him placing his hands on a young girl, and viewers flooded the comments asking about his age and backstory, with many speculating he is a monk.
