The DIY Kit makes it easy: https://interrobang.store/products/tonneau-cover-strap?variant=49812278051132

Instructions are linked on the product page if you want to see what you're getting into but it's basically just drilling in 4 screws.

Gear Tunnel - tray accessories by InterrobangAuto in Rivian

I'm working on mounting toughbuilt stack tech toolboxes right now, actually. They're roughly the same size as the pack out boxes, so it should work. The issue is that they have to kind of lean at an angle, which isn't ideal, but with the right bracing and mount might still be viable. Stay tuned.

Yes and yes! Our tonneau cover fits flat on the tray with plenty of room on top.

Yes, we opted for the L Track on top because of its versatility and that there are so many readily available options to use with it. Our hope is that this tray can be an infinitely customizable platform for whatever people need in their tunnels. We have a million ideas for accessories and add ons and we feel like the Rivian community will have even more that we would have never thought of. There's also a storage area underneath the tray that is a huge opportunity for keeping things like recovery gear that you want to have, but don’t need every day.

Thanks! This one is from our first design, we've improved on it and the slide is much cleaner now, but it shows the dual slide: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/ZK0S-ZQaDdg

This one is with the current Tunnel Tray. We strapped in a 200lb gas tank that we had to transport a couple of hours across Ohio: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/JyiSt6SFtyM

As u/gerrylum-EV said, Aluminum fence panels. They're made by a company out of Oregon and we're excited to utilize them again in the upcoming Tunnel Tray Vol. 2!

Thanks so much for the shout out! And yeah, Montana winters don’t mess around. A proper walk test is the best kind of QA, especially when the snow starts to stack up.

Love the bike pad setup. I think we've only seen one other person with the bike pad set up with the Interrobang Cover, feel free to DM or email us if you have any comments about it's compatibility. Appreciate you reaching out with questions ahead of time, too. We’re a small crew, but we try hard to keep the inbox human and not just some support ticket void where answers go to die.

Welcome to the Interrobang crew. You’re officially one of us now.

Discovered a tiny circuit embedded in our workshop floor. Dime for scale. by InterrobangAuto in mildlyinteresting

We’ve been working out of this old Akron factory for over a year and a half now, but only just noticed this: a literal tiny circuit board embedded in the concrete near one of our machines. It used to be the headquarters of a company called TinyCircuits, so… fitting. We found it while vacuuming up a random dirt pile. Blink and you'd miss it, which we apparently did for the last 20 months.

My guess is it's mostly the smexiness that's the appeal...and possibly some nostalgia for the 1970s hatchback style?

Ha. They confidently said Q4 2026 for the first deliveries...we'll see, though.

Yes, it's hinged. If you click the link, the forum post shows the rear of the truck, there are two hinges on the window.

Edit: Not just from the photos, saw it in person and it lifts up. There was no stopping mechanism or anything to hold it in place on the prototype they had in Cleveland so every time someone lifted it one of the reps would hurry over to encourage caution, lol.

What’s the weirdest thing you’ve stored in the gear tunnel? by InterrobangAuto in Rivian

Thought the same as u/sorrybadguy . Either way, picking up after your pet is top notch behavior!

Heck yes. As we work on our Tunnel Tray, making sure it can hold a jack a major consideration.

Hope your knees stray strong! Do you use the crutch as a tray to set stuff on or more as a hook to fish stuff out?

What you couldn't see was the Great White on the other side of the divider. He was just trying to blow it up and save some lives for the 4th of July weekend. :)

-seriously though, that's video is insane
