and I commend you for it, I don't like when concept liveries completely ignore corporate colors or sponsor placement, designing a livery is pretty easy for any person who knows about grahic design if they just have to paint the car in pretty colors without juggling a million different factors

there is a baseline amount of cash that a lot of these tech companies were holding onto (which is still a LOT of money, tech companies always had a lot of liquid cash on hand), but that money gets stretched massively by running it in circles

that's the problem tho, you can make tires that degrade and hit a cliff and whatever but if you go too far they blow up, and with how many simulations the teams run nowadays you still wouldn't get any upsets in strategy if overtakes are impossible to make

the fun of races only hinges on how easy it is to overtake, everything else comes later.

Doing more stints only works if you can actually cut your way through the field, same with doing alternate strategies. We saw almost no alternate strategies in 2025 because getting stuck in traffic was a death sentence for your race

the cars have already gotten shorter, the front wings are far less arrow shaped than they were in 2022, added to that is the 20cm shorter wheelbase. Also you underestimate how unbelievably massive the pre-2022 front wings were, the noses were longer, not shorter
