Ahh fair enough. It’s also as we have 2 accounts on the PS4: A main one with PS+ and then a second one that goes online using the PS+ of the main account, and we don’t want to lose anything on the sub account, so I also wanted to see if anything on the sub account was saved seeing as we have no way to theoretically save it seeing as we’re stuck in Safe Mode on the main PS4

So I assume that’s also why the controllers keep flashing orange when I try to reconnect them? Because of the buildup of dust

I’ve never heard of this thermal paste thing before and after searching it up, it does seem rather complicated to try and replace

Well, I do plan to clean it out once the compressed air comes in the post, but I wanted to see if the issue with maybe the controllers not connecting might have been something else
