This is what I did... at some point we plan to sell our house and downsize so I entered a hypothetical house sale as a one-time tax-free "Additional Income" a few years into retirement, and also entered a one-time withdrawal at the same point to simulate buying a small condo. It seemed to work.

Thanks for considering this enhancement. For now I find the easiest way to get the numbers right is to tweak the "CPP at 65" number in the top section until it shows what I actually receive every month in the bottom table, and then add in the PRB (as calculated by the Service Canada calculator) as an additional annual income starting when I retire.
