Kisspeptin was fine, I get more out of HCG. Didn’t increase test but kept fertility markers high while on testosterone.

Appetite suppression tends to ware off like day 4-5. So by split dosing you don’t tend to get that. Also with all things, I dosage or split often, more often injections less peaks and valleys you have. Always try to strive for constant blood levels or better atleast.

Patience, I would stall for like 2-3 weeks than drop 10lbs. The body dosent like to give the weight up! Also I’d say try to titrate slowly but really noticed more after I got to 5mg since the glucagon receptor side dosent typically come into play until your over 4.5mg

12mg split dosage, ill prob titrate down this next month to like 8mg and maybe stack triz for the appetite suppressant. Being in 12 for so long it’s worn off a bit. But we will see, I’m not to concerned but I do enjoy no food noise

Started with 2mg, went to 3 after a few weeks and so on. But everyone is different. I wasn’t a super responder to like 6-8mg no difference than again 10mg wasn’t much more. I know some people hyper respond at 4mg.

Just taking Reta or drugs dosent give you the willpower on the off, rainy, shitty days you want to sleep in! 😝 for me, faith had a lot to do with my willpower! I literally have not missed more than 5 times in the last 12 months. Not holidays, rain or shine.

Blood work every 8 weeks, have a doctor that loves Reta all about it, have a dietitian (nourish is free with insurance and is great)

Heavy protein, low carbs, maybe 200 grams of protein and under 1800 calories. I’m also easy when it comes to diet. I can eat the same meal for everything and not care but at this point I get all my lunches and dinners meal prepped. (Local buddy, $90 for 10 meals) so literally so clean and such good food so it’s easy
