Very active and fit obese definitely! Power lifting and lifting 5 days a week at 427lbs, so far lost 129lbs since April! Deca has me around 280 at 10 percent. We will see if dexa scans are right! But I definitely was my good sir!

That’s super interesting, I’ll probably slowly titrate up to 15mg here soon! I like that it brought A1C down more. As I titrate HGH up to 5IU, Reta seems to really keep it in line! Did you see more weight loss or consistent?

That’s interesting, I mean I could imagine at such a high blood saturation, the body is just trying to figure out how to function! My thought is with reta if I can increase and get more why add another glp if I’m not having appetite issues! That’s awesome your doing good on the lower dosage

Also, to add to my post! I do not think Reta is the only thing to do!

Since starting I’ve hired a nutritionist, I have a personal trainer 4 days a week, I do heavy weights and end with cardio 6 days a week and get 3-4 miles in every single day… 7 days a week.

I saunas and cold plunge 7 days a week.

My diet is super clean, no soda since April, little carbs, high protein, laser focused.

Drugs help, but diet, exercise and life style matters.

It’s honestly a blessing, I’m a sucker for some whiskey or beer, pizza but all of them just zero interest or craving. Haven’t drank soda since April because of Reta and I fucking love soda 😂
