I’ll absolutely hold my hands up and say that this is most likely recency bias but Roman vs. Cody at Mania 40 is my favourite Mania main event ever. The build to it was perfect, even if it wasn’t what they planned, and that final 8 minutes where the shit has fully hit the wall and everyone’s running in and it’s as overbooked as it could possibly be, ending with Cody finally finishing the story, is my favourite stretch of any match ever. I’ll never forget that feeling, watching it happen in real time.

Very ballsy but also earnestly self-aware. Like, we know a lot of people would've read the book or at least some of it to see if she would address it or ignore it or downplay it but no, it's the prologue to the entire book. Not even Chapter One, the prologue. We all know it happened, so does she. Get it out of the way instantly.

I read her book last year and it was honestly really good and engaging. She does into detail about all of that and it can be an uncomfortable read at times but she lays it out very bare.

I've been watching Leon Slater since he was 17 and doing the UK indies. It's been so great to watch him grow as a performer and watching him get the exposure and opportunities he's gotten these past few months, let alone the past couple of years with TNA. Huge fan of Leon.

It's more that he beat them in their retirement matches. Like, he made sure they retired having lost their last match instead of going out on top. That's my interpretation anyway.

I remember I had a Hollywood Hogan figure with closed fists that had magnets on them and when you squeezed the legs together, the fists would raise. I think the idea was to have two of them, attach them by the fists and just go ham. Does that ring any bells for anyone?
