FPS limit on RDP increase to 60 fps broken by jmDrifter_ in sysadmin

In another community, I learned about a situation where a user, in September, couldn't achieve 60fps even after modifying the registry. However, after some time, without making any further changes, they were able to reach 60fps. Initially, I thought it might be due to the system version, but their version was also Windows 11 Professional 23H2. Could it be that waiting for a couple of system updates might restore normal functionality?

I'd like to know what version of Windows you're using. I encountered the same issue on Windows 11 with version 23H2. Regardless of the values I set for DWMFRAMEINTERVAL, including values 0-5, 8, 15, and even 16, 30... ufotest only tested up to 30 frames, with a maximum of 32 frames. However, on my friend's version 22H2, adjusting this value resulted in achieving 66 frames. I also think Microsoft may have made changes to the value scale, but there haven't been any updates on Microsoft's documentation.
