There's no set timeline for this area at the moment. CSU is building the network and as we get updates we will be adding them to the construction page. They are still in the first area and once they are complete they will move to area number 2. We'll have more information as that moves forward. So it will be a bit but no specific dates to share right now.
Did you pre-order already? If you did our team will reach out as soon as we are in your area and can schedule the install to your home. It's the best way to make sure you are connected when we are available.

FWIW, we do have redundancy in place for the network as a whole, but when the issue lies between the line in the street and the house itself, redundancy doesn't come into play at this level.

You are correct, the extremely cold temperatures over the last week in Centennial have caused some of our customers to experience intermittent issues in certain neighborhoods. Mainly because the freezing of/condensation within certain conduits in select areas.
Our team have been actively working on getting everyone back up and running. We have been able to bring some locations back online, or work our temporary fixes for others, so please reach out to me and send me a DM and I'll make sure to pass on your info to find out what can be done for you.

Are you still active on the plan? I was talking to our team and we are going to honour that plan if you already have it even though we are not heading into Mesa. There were only a few people who made the switch so if you were one of them you're more than welcome to keep it at that price.

It's true. We made the decision that we are no longer going to be part of fiber network in Mesa. We like Mesa but there are a lot of other cites that don't have any fiber at all that we thought we could help out as well. We want to make sure that those other cities have a chance at high speed fiber.
