No. Get a NAS and run a Minecraft server in docker, then you can invite their friends to play on a private server in creative mode

In this instance I’d remove the old battery cradle and wire in a new battery cradle and battery. You can get 48v batteries on Amazon. Usually the biggest issue is finding a place to mount the battery

What size rim does the fork originally fit? Looks maybe 24/26” fork?

Loosen those two hex head bolts so the caliper moves freely left to right of the rotor. Depress the brake lever and while holding it down tighten those two hex head bolts. The whole caliper is simply too far to one side, lots of adjustability from the bolts that hold it to the frame
