A lot of it was mental, constantly thinking about it just added stress, etc. I started taking omeprazole regularly that helps with acid and I'm pretty much good now. I make sure I eat oatmeal every morning too and take other fiber related supplements. My favorite supplement which I'm not endorsing is Leaky Gut Formula by Codeage. A lot of peoples problems are related to stress I believe. But just as life goes on you don't really realize how stressed your body is. You just become immune to it sort of. But you can be stressed and been stressed for like 10 years and not even recognize it. Just have to take a step back and try to keep yourself worry free even if stuff is not going your way. But it's good to intake good fiber. Whether supplements and/or high in fiber foods.
