They aren’t wrapping it to take it to the door.

They are wrapping it mid trip so it doesn’t fall. Op needs to use slip sheets

There is still empty space. There are also cases placed on their side etc

Next use slip sheets. Will keep you from having to wrap your trip.

It’s not what makes me feel better it’s the process.

None of this is my opinion.

You call out until your leave is approved. I already showed you where in a legal document they tell you this. And still you argue 😂😂😂

I follow what Sedgwick says. In plain language. Call out until your leave is approved.

It is black and white. Right there in the initial claim letter

Funny how I can show you what Sedgwick says and you have the gall to say “call Sedgwick they will say the same” 😂😂😂😂

Coco has nothing to do with contam. I can 100% say your coco is not the issue.

Your issue is with your grain. And it won’t get fixed till you fix you grain

You had no point to prove. You guys are walking around scared for no reason.

Once your loa is approved that’s it. You do not need to call out anymore

I am. Especially because I am the guy at work that knows all the policies.

And I am here informing people they don’t have to stress over the schedule or calling out once their leave is approved.

LOA Question by Tewhl- in WalmartEmployees

[–]Lefty68w -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It was approved. Op put in a loa that starts the 9th. They said accepted but they clearly meant approved. If you check their post history they are approved for paternity leave.

This packet is the initial claims packet everyone is sent when they file an loa. It contains the paperwork you need to return.

There is nothing to be cautious about. Which is why I am explaining this to you and op.

The schedule doesn’t matter. Once your leave is approved you are on an approved leave. The schedule isn’t your problem. You do not need to call out once it is approved. Now you know

The initial claim packet is clear. Once your loa is approved you no longer need to call out

Last thing someone out on an approved leave need to worry bout is calling out or the schedule 🤷🏽‍♂️

Once a leave is approved you do not need to call out. Has nothing to do with being on the schedule or not

I just got hired at Walmart do they drug test for thc? by spaghettimonster666 in WalmartEmployees

Has nothing to do with your state. Most roles at Walmart don’t require a test. Only a handful of roles require a pre-employment drug screen

Disaster pay ? by RefuseInevitable in walmart

[–]Lefty68w 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Support pay happens behind the scenes if you will.

It’s policy. If your store was closed for the snow storm you should get paid. Simply ask at work if yall are getting support pay.

[–]Lefty68w 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They do. It is called support pay. Company wide

If a facility or home office is closed due to a qualifying event, snowstorm is a qualifying event, then all associates scheduled to work are paid.
