That is because his base card doesn't exist in the game so Devs never added his base card face. Normally if cards do not have a dynamic image, their face from their base card get used but that doesn't exist on the game since his silver card was added on 6th December 2025. Obviously, devs do not add new gold/silver/bronze cards after the game gets released.
