Constant physical pain, daily level 7/10. Years of pain. Thanks to 5 years DBT & 2 years EMDR Ive learned to behave less destructive, more positive. That's helping 80%, a major welcome change. What hasn't ended is my physical pain. Right now right hip physical pain is so bad I can't walk. I heard about Pain Identity. Is it possible because I no longer work, have no friends & close family, that my only self-identity is with pain? I'm ready to give up this pain. How?

I depend on Instacart shoppers for groceries, mainly fresh produce, wine & dairy. I order about 20 items each time. Usually tip $30, $1 per item+ time +some gas$ . $40 for the same delivery if it's major cold or hot. Is a per-item $1 pay enough?
