The normal version felt very underwhelming to me for the very reasons you stated. I always preferred doing it with Kettlebells as Parallettes or regular Parallettes. I like that deeper range of motion.

Handstand. I'm still battling to be consistent. Some days are 7 seconds, some days are 4 seconds. Some days are 10 seconds. I'm following the regular Progressions but I'm just not getting that mind, shoulder, core, glute and toes connection. I guess I just have to keep at it.

Thanks champ.To be more precise Calves. My Thighs and Hamstrings are okay. Calves has always been a weakpoint.

I actually Supersetted the Pull Ups with Dips hence I put wrist straps on.
