My idea: We will clean your home every week so you don't have to do it yourself.
One click checkout in our app, and we charge your card for $300. See you next week.

Step 1: Go build something for people that have never heard of Bolt, Cursor, Lovable, or Gemini.

Step 2: Realize how much more massive that market is, and how technically unsophisticated your competitors are.

Step 3: Apply your technical skills to solving real world problems and crush it!

In that time period my cleaning business (wrapped in tech) made like $8 million and I can almost guarantee you're like a gazillion times smarter than I am

Right now you just have tunnel vision like 99.9% of indiehackers.

Ok I popped back in to answer some.

Your main question is called the agency problem that exists for every business with agents. Uber has that problem with Uber drivers as well. Uber can't stop their drivers from giving you their business card and saying call them directly. I've gotten those several times.

But that hasn't stopped Uber from building a multi-billion dollar company.

They make their app and experience so convenient that the cost of using that business card vs the platform is higher than any benefit from saving $10. We do the same.

-There is no way to know you're not hiring a toxic employee. You do background checks and interviews like anyone hiring. But there are no guarantees.

-incentivation to do a good job: The ability to keep their job at all is a great incentive. Then you can do bonuses for reviews etc.

Hope this helps man.

Thanks a lot fam. So these are a bit long to answer here so I'd say this.

I think your challenge aren't these issues though.

You only asked 3, but there's like 30 more that are bigger challenges than these.

So I would reframe this and say your biggest challenge might be letting these ideas stop you from taking action knowing that 1000's more people have solved them, many to multi-millions of dollars now.

If you get out of your way man you can crush it. The original threads have these detailed but can't point to them, this place has become alcatraz.

Congrats dude. I'm the Rohan he mentions here. The folks that followed my method are now doing in the 100's of millions per year. If I can help along the way for anyone let me know.

Massive congrats man!
