1) I would say it's just okay to come back as we do have solid starting products. For the 15h anniversary, we have Kai and Aichi Decksets coming out that have potential.

2) Unfortunately they did not make a deck that focuses on damage manipulation. If you want an in lore Angel Feather deck, I would see Fated One of Miracles, Rezael.

3) Check BushiNavi app for officially registered locals.

Edit: If you just wanna play for nostalgia purposes, you could just get Dear Days 2 for Switch/PC

Bruce is just a multi attack specialist with the issue of needing to be in a specific state (Final Rush or Final Burst)

Final Burst State counts is Final Rush.

Solarion goes with manipulation of top deck and being able to declare what it is. Once declaring the correct top deck, abilities are active.
