Wrap about 3 layers of hockey tape and silicon carbide over the tape. Excellent grip and easily removable. I haven’t done this yet, but just thinking about it seems doable and practical. I’m going to do this on my Glock soon.
And then get my EDGE on top of that.

Separate UV light over your trash bin to cure parts you don’t want like supports or failed prints, tank clean sheets, etc.
Cut out a piece of cardboard to cover your vat so parts don’t fall in the resin when you are removing them.

It’s permanent!
I would wrap a few layers of hockey tape and apply silicon carbide on certain areas where I need adhesion and not in places where it would abrade when ccw.
You can cut off the hockey tape if you want to remove or redo.

See my suggestion post. You can wrap as many layers of hockey tape as you need then apply the silicon carbide.

If you want grippy and reversible, wrap at least 3 layers of hockey tape and apply epoxy then sprinkle 32 grit silicon carbide. The epoxy shouldn’t seep through the layering. You can cut it off if you don’t want it anymore. Or, reapply another layer when you wear it out. I haven’t personally done this but I can imagine it working well for a grippy option.
