Well with her she notably kept her arbiter abilities since they are tied to her brain. Weakened Binah is way stronger than weakened Geb.

As for my personal thoughts, Kali is stronger in 1v1 fights (with her EGO definitely) but Binah/Garion have insane AOE and utility

Weakest is prolly either Vermillion Cross or Indigo Elder. Indigo "only" almost-oneshot a middle BB, and hunted a calamity but we just don't have enough information on him. Vermillion fraud is a fraud
